Well, this is a good question.
Deep Sea will probably end up being one of the more productive Sea linkshells on Midgard.
Unlike HNMlses, we'll focus on a single event. More involvement in this single event will grant us faster results.

Am I qualified to be a leader ?
Well it's up to you to figure it out, but I'll give you some informations so you can decide.
I've had lots of experience in sea through different lses, and I've also had experience as a co-leader in end-game lses. Most of the things I achieved in this game were done though shouts and random groups I build and lead, from CoP missions to Captain rank in Assault.

I've had Sea access for more than two years and I took part in Sea and Limbus events as a member in Vertigos and EGroup ( two lses on Valefor that are dead for about two years now).
I've been the co-leader of Fusion Ls on Valefor and introduced them to Sea. They are getting nice results now and I'm really proud of them.
Three months ago I considered changing servers because I wanted to camp HNMs. I joined zEUs for about 3 months until I realized camping HNMs wasn't something I appreciated in this game, so I decided to move to something else.

After all this, I decided to build Deep Sea, to achieve good results in Al'Taieu and to build a strong group.
